BRIAN PUSPOS, IAN EASTWOOD & BAM MARTIN ARE COMING BACK FOR ANOTHER ROUND OF DANCE WORKSHOPS THIS COMING MAY 1-2 AND MAY 6-7, 2014, AT THE SMX AURA CONVENTION CENTER HALL 2, LOCATED AT THE 3RD FLOOR OF THE NEW SM AURA IN TAGUIG! PLUS WATCH THEM PERFORM LIVE AT THE HIP HOP INTERNATIONAL PHILIPPINES NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP AT THE MOA ARENA ON MAY 4, 2014!

MOS WANTED CREW MANILA DANCE WORKSHOPS 2014 Payment Procedure:

BANK DEPOSITS:

1. Payment may be made via Bank Deposits. Deposit payment to BPI Vito Cruz Branch Savings Account # 2779028952. Account name is Nesly Ann Alexis Janiola.

2. After deposit of payment, please e-mail scanned/photographed deposit slip to rocketeerinc.ph@gmail.com along with the following information: complete name, age, address/location, gender, mobile number and type of package that you paid for. In the case of 4 class combo or single class enrollment, please indicate the dates and times of classes that you will be attending.

3. Confirmation notice will be sent via email within two (2) working days, excluding Saturdays and Sundays. If you fail to receive your confirmation after the 2 working days, you may send us a follow-up email with the subject: Confirmation Notice Follow-Up. Please print and bring the confirmation notice on all workshop dates that you paid for.

WALK-IN PAYMENTS:

1. Walk-in payments will be accepted at the BIG Shift Creativ Centrale office from Mondays-Fridays, 10am-7pm. Modes of payment accepted are Cash payment, Cheque payment and Credit Card transactions.

2. Enrollees for walk-in payments will be asked to fill-up the enrollment form and pay for the classes they wish to avail.

3. Confirmation notice will be sent via email within two (2) working days, excluding Saturdays and Sundays. If you fail to receive your confirmation after the 2 working days, you may send us a follow-up email with the subject: Confirmation Notice Follow-Up. Please print and bring the confirmation notice on all workshop dates that you paid for. In the case of cheque payments, confirmation notice is sent via email within 2 working days after clearing of cheque.

4.We will begin accepting walk-in payments on February 24, 2014.
